To Whom Ever wrote the Terrible posting on 2/2. I would highly recommend you look into pursuing legal actions, anytime someone/company places a record on your credit report that has a negative impact on future purchases, you can recover legal damages at the price of whatever it was you were trying to purhcase, ie. house/car/etc.

What they have done to everyone is terrible and I'd be willing to be that if we all came together, there could be a class action lawsuit filed against them and we could stop them from continuing to cheat people out of money.
