I have never lived at Plaza Gardens/South but I do know people who have. I have looked at these apartments and I think they are nice. No one I have talked to has complained to me about them. If these people are in the wrong...taking legal action will be no problem and the Tenants will win. However, if these people are not doing anything wrong, then they will win. Why is it no one has done anything before' Could it be because the people who own and operate PG/S are doing it correctly and have nothing to hide' I would be willing to bet that they continue to run smoothly until retirement.
