Well to put it simply I have lived here quite a while. Management has been told many times about the parking and the speeding cars, Unfortunatly now a little girl got hit while riding a bike. I hope that no one has to ever see something like that. I have browsed through this website and agree with most all of the negative comments. When nothing is done about parking and speeding one would hate to think that management wouldn't open there eyes. Speed bumps and patrol should be in this complex. I personally have witnessed drug deals in parking lot and have seen the maintence drivers speed and with those vans that they drive around, and speaking of maintenance. You know they really lack in that department. When I moved in 3 years ago they used to blow the grass that they chop off the porches. Not anymore not a real big deal but quite frustrating also. I will be moving in aboout 3-4 months and I just hope that this place gets what they deserve. People who live here now know what I mean and if you don't just take a look at the other comments. Don't come here!
