I am a leasing consultant at a PROFESSIONALLY managed property in Wichita. I am looking to move to the Kansas City area and recently looked for an apartment here. Is this place some kind of a joke' It was a horrible experience! I have, however, been quite amused reading all these lovely reviews from the current residents. I do have a little bit of advice for some of you that I noticed had this problem: It is Kansas state law that you be provided with a move in and move out inspection with an office staff member. If you are denied this they are breaking the law, period. Just something to think about if that happened to you. Glad to throw a little fuel to this fire!
