I read all these bad reviews about this place before moving in a couple of years ago. I didn't really worry about. I figured they were people who broke the rules or didn't pay thier rent so they were just getting back.

Well, we decided to get a pup our second year there and we tried it out first before notifying the office. Sure, that was our mistake, but they way they handled it got me fired up. They left me a note on my door telling me I was to be evicted within 3 days and then they shut my cable off. I guess what they didn't count on was that I was smart enough to turn my cable back on. I'm sure they had to know this since i never called them to do it. Anyway, they have about 800 dollars of my money and from everything I've read, I'm not expecting any of it back. But I will fight it. I'm not a push over. Hope to be out when the lease is up this year.

My advise.. stay away. Everything you read here probably has some merit. The office staff does indeed suck. I got to point where I got tired of them ignoring me when i would go in to pick up a package to just walking in there and grabbing it myself. They suck. They have no people skills and its the suckers like us that keep them in business cause we overlook the bad for good.. and trust me, the good is not worth it if you don't want to deal with trouble like this in your life.

Let's forget the parking. They designed that place horribly. Everything in the apartment is made up of cheap plastic parts. Plumbing sucks. Feel free to contact me at gojayhwks@hotmail.com
