I lived at Plaza Gardens for only a year and had nothing but problems.

First off, don't expect a wink of sleep while living there, between the trucks passing through all night, and the paper thin walls that separate each apartment.

Second, don't expect a dime of your deposit. After reading through the reviews, I can see that I wasn't the only one that got ripped off. When I moved out I had to pay for new blinds to be replaced and for a second carpet cleaning. Keep in mind that I handed them my receipt for the carpet cleaning.

Another thing is that they don't inspect the apartment before a new tenant moves in. When I moved into the apartment, there was urine all over the main level bathroom and on the floor. The place was filthy.

The thing that concerns me the most is that I baby sat a dog for a week and didn't tell the office. (it's just a week, right'!') The spying sharks at the office tried to kick me out! I had to pay double the pet deposit because "I didn't tell them first" in order to keep living there. Then of course, that is nonrefundable.

Be very careful with this place. If you aren't already a tenant, please read all the reviews on this website. I'm sure you'll know what to do once you are more informed. I wish I knew about this site before I moved there.
