To anyone considering renting an apartment at Plaza Garden South, I would advise you to look elsewhere. While the apartments are spacious, and the layouts are appealing, it's simply not worth all the headaches.

The plumbing is terrible. Two of my three toilets backed up at least once a week. Even more frustrating, the office informed me that "we don't work on toilets".

Bugs are also a problem, ants in particular.

I didn't deal with the staff much at all, mainly because, in my limited communications with them, they seemed very unprofessional, apathetic, and downright rude.

PG South isn't the worst place I've ever lived, but it's definitely in the bottom three.

The complex is in a great location, but there are three other complexes between 146th and 135th that offer a much better value, and a much more pleasant living experience.

I wish I knew about this website before I rented here. I was doing some web research before filing a complaint on an issue with the management that I had no luck with. Now I find out about how terrible this place and the manager and owning company really are!!!
