Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This place is getting empty so fast and I haven't seen any new tennants move in since new management. I don't know why the rent went up to as much as $200 for some of the apartments. Its crazy and there hasn't been any mention on new improvements; only the rumor of lost amenities(i.e. cable). I'm hoping for the best, but if rent is expected to stay this high I will be moving when the lease ends.
