I have a serious complaint that I have verbally informed management of 5 times now. I am writing a formal notification that I will then turn around and forward to the BBB if no action is taken immediately.
Don't let them push you around if they are taking advantage of you as a tenant. They live off apathy and expect you to just give up and move on.
