I looked at this property after having rented from their sister property. I really liked the apartments a lot. I would have loved to of leased from there, but it was just out of my price range. I think it stinks that you can rent a 3 bedroom town-home just one block away (and from the same company) for less than you can rent a 2 bedroom at this location. The prices are out of hand, but I still wish I could live there. The office staff at this location did not seem as friendly and personable as with their sister property either. I would recommend this property for people with money to blow. Unfortunately, that's not me.
