The community does look nice on the outside...until you move in. Watch out for nails in the floor where carpet should have been nailed down, or just know that you do live in a used unit, they tend to tell people that you are the first residents of that particular unit and then you just happen to find out from a FRIEND that they actually lived that exact unit before you did...not very convenient for them, caught in lies. They dont listen, they are rude, and frankly there are far more places to live in Johnson County where management does know what customer service means!
