Raising the Price

I can't believe that they raised the prices as soon as they purchased the property. When we moved in it was $675 a month. I went over and look at their sheets that they have out front just the other day and it said $800!
These apartments are really nice and spacious; however for the price that they are wanting I don't think we'll be staying. I've seen a lot of people moving out...I wonder when they will get the hint and reduce their prices to a more reasonable price and that is comparable to other apartments in the area.
