I lived at Bella Palazzo from this past year and overall my experience went from good to bad quickly. I would agree with others that the staff did not treat their tenants equally or fairly. Plus the customer service was terrible. The staff took their time to respond to any requests of repair or questions you had. What it comes down to is the landlord need to hire new management. I don t think Rosanne was the the worst to work with but, I am positive the problem is the leasing agents that is the problem. When I first moved in they had two very professional and polite young ladies working in the office. They made me feel very welcome and I had a wonderful experience. After I moved in and signed my lease they had a totally new staff like the next week! It was like they ran those girls out of there...Why would they let go to perfectly good employees that did such a good job' On the other hand the maintenance crew was efficient with everything I needed repaired. Just a reminder to you that Bella Palazzo are super old apartments and with that being said I knew that there were going to have maintenance issues anyways. (Like the plumbing always being backed up and buying at least $20 worth of drano every 6 months.)

My biggest complaint was the fact that they put laminate on ALL of the cupboards and the woodwork is very low quality! The model is so much nicer than compared to the unit you will be moving into. So when it came time to move out I spent most of my time cleaning up and fixing, all the cheaply made fixtures, and the cupboards that where peeling off. Plus I had tons of nasty spider webs everywhere!! I am a very clean person but I could not keep up with all the bugs that lived in my unit. In other words if you don t like bugs or mice don t move here anytime soon. Also if you have an animal you better buy a barking collar because every time my dog barked my neighbors would call to complain and the management would call me and leave me very rude messages about my dog. I am sorry I guess I will have to get rid of my dog because he barks when I am gone.. NOT! He is a freaking dog they bark.


Now let s talk about the horrible neighbors in the community. If you are in a bottom floor you are so screwed! You can hear everything..My neighbors where so loud at one point I almost called the cops because I couldn t go to sleep. It sounded like a WWI was going on or a domestic disturbance issue. It was like this 24/7, day in and day out. Finally when I complained about the volume of noise to the management all the did was write a letter to all the people in the units stating when the quiet hours where in the complex. How is that going to prevent anyone from making noise' I was so happy the day they moved out.


Overall the lack of follow thru in management is the main reason why I think I had so many issues living here. I understand that you are not going to be 100% happy with any apartment but, there is no reason why the management wasn t capable to take care of their tenants basic concerns or issues. They obviously need to hire people with more experience that can make an improvement in the quality of service at Bella Palazzo Apartment Homes. THIS IS NO WHERE CLOSE TO BEING A 5 STAR LUXURY APARTMENT! Regarding the leasing agents that work here...Terry Sharp was a times helpful but, Terry Gleason was very rude and unprofessional and always tried to sell this miracle berry juice called(Mona vie)and she on many occasions crossed the line with that crap. I have been a witness to her talking about other people s personal business in front of myself and other tenants (which is a HIPPA violation.) She needs to treat the others with more respect and integrity and stop trying to make a buck off every person that walks into the leasing office. It s like where is a manager at when Terry runs her mouth all the time' It just is bad for business.
