My wife and I moved in 5 months ago and I must say we are very pleased with our apartment! We have an great location with an awesome view of the creek. So far we have enjoyed everything about this place. As we were searching for apatments, we were just driving down Metcalf and saw this place. We liked what we saw from the road and thought let's check it out. We loved the clubhouse and the leasing staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We really loved the way the models were on the inside of the clubhouse. It made it very convienient and helped us to make up our minds where we wanted to live because we could go back as often as we liked to look at them.

We went home and looked them up on the web site and could not believe the bad reviews people had given them. All I can say is the people who wrote these reviews must have not gotten their way and decided to bash the management. I must say, part of the reason we decieded to live here was because of the management staff. We asked lots of questions and found them to be honest and very nice people. They made us feel very much at home. A lot of the other places we looked at, the leasing agents were ding bats or they just did not have much of a personality.

As far as our neighbors, we can hear them once in a while, but it's not too bad. We've lived other places and it sounds like the neighbors are living in the same room as you are.

We've had a few maintenance issues and the maintenance department has been very quick to fix them. Scott has come over and fixed things late in the evening at times just to make us comfortable.

The best part is the movie pass they give you! We are real movie goers and we have saved lots of money by using the pass they give you when you move in. We love the Palazzo Theatre.

We rate this place an 8. If you're looking for a decent place to live, check this place out. The price is right, and it's a nice looking place to live. There are lots of restuarants and shopping and I think you'll enjoy everyone who works there.

All i can say is you must be part of the management or know the owners to give it a good review. Get real the place has all all kinds of problems THATS why it got all the bad reviews. How much did you get paid for that good review?
