After reading the other reviews, I am shocked to see that someone could claim the lawns are not kept up. By driving by you can see they are beautifully kept. One look can tell you the pools are anything but green. And I am very picky about this type thing. I have never once waited more than an exceptable amount of time for any maintainence request submitted. As a matter of fact, the maintainence crew has not only been above agerage, but nice and courteous also.

I understand we do have new management. I personally didn't have problems with the old manager, and am willing to give the new manager time to her feet on the ground.

I have been here for 2 years and rate it very high for the reasons listed above.
