The staff is excellent and they know me by my first name. The staff really tries to bend over backwards to make sure all your needs are met.

IF there is a problem, this staff will take care of it for you immediately.

I like it here and I just renewed my lease for another year.

Greg and his staff are wonderful, anytime something breaks they are here within 24 hours to fix it.

The grounds are very nice, there is always someone out mowing or trimming, etc.

I like it here.

PS: There is a very low crime rate, windows can be left down on your car, you do not have to lock your doors, etc. Once I was ill and left my purse on the seat of my car for the entire weekend, and no one touched a thing! (There was money sticking up and loose change all over the place, but no one took anything!) That says alot about the community we live in. Another time I forgot my keys in the door and they stayed in there overnight, nothing was touched. What a great place to live.

I am going to get with the staff to try to plan a BBQ for the entire complex, something that says "thanks for being so great!"

If you can move here, please do so. You'll love it. Everyone respects each other's property and it's so quiet. I am working on my Ph.D. and I have never had to tell anyone to keep the noise down, because the noise is always down. Great place. Just drive by and see for yourself. :)
