$1200 to break the lease $50 for every month that you lived there.

Old noisy applicances. Kitchen floods during heavy rains. Cabinets are water damaged. Kitchen has 3 feet of counterspace... if you dont have a microwave. Built in shelving in closets of poor construction. NO storagespace in the bathroom.
