I have been a Pointe Royal resident at Pointe Royal quite a few years now. I am VERY comfortable here with my little (and now growing) family. The service here has been VERY good and I have NEVER experienced rude behavior from the staff. I truly believe that if anyone was treated rudely Michel and Ashley would have PLENTY to say about it and that staffer would be reprimanded!

The thought crossed my mind after reading some of the reviews that the so called "mal-treated" individuals maybe misconstrued "rudeness" for a staffer having to be stern. BIG difference especially if that resident was trying to do something they weren't supposed to be doing.

Either way, I have had a really good experience living here. No place is perfect by any means but I feel that the staff gives HIGH QUALITY effort to keep residents happy (which by the way is NOT at all easy to do). There are activities and recreation to be enjoyed by all(if they so choose), the grounds are always lovely and this is a great location within close proximity to EVERYTHING around.

If someone has an issue with living here, perhaps it's good they move on but I don't think it's fair for them to slam the staff or the place - just move on because not everyone who lives here feels that way.

In closing, for staffers who will read this review. Don't let those folks get you down. Just keep trying your level best and continue to give great service as you have (to me)for all these years. Thanks for EVERYTHING!

Only employees would know how to correctly spell each others HIPPIE names. (MICHEL)who would know how to spell Michelle the previous way unless you work there.

I agree this sounds like a fake review -- most of the review is just defending the staff and saying how wonderful they are! "Great location with close proximity to EVERYTHING around" also sounds very fake -- no apartment is close to EVERYTHING! A review from a real resident would not go on about the staff for so many paragraphs like this, and would also discuss things like floor plans, parking, noise, maitenance, etc.

Believe me, my roomate and I would love to get the hell of there but unfortunately we are stuck there! Apparently you have not had to deal with the bullsh** of trying to get major repairs done. We have had mold and mildew for the past 3 months b/c of flooding and they refuse to do anything about it. All we want is to be let out of our lease so that we can move into a healthier environment!!
