These apartments are horrible. Do not waste your money or your time!!! You can afford a much bigger apartment if you add in all of the extra costs in utilities that you will have to pay because of old appliances and air conditionings. We have paid consistently $200.00/month in either KCPL in the summer or KS Gas in the winter!!! Most apartments with efficient apartments cost much less, so add that cost into your rent costs because it is guaranteed! The apartments themselves are embarassing. They allow pretty much everyone to move in, so we have had everything from furniture in the yard for days to cops searching a van right outside our apartment. For the location you would think that they would find more qualified people to live in their homes. The maintenance is horrible as well. We have had them come several times only to get a half assed job and an answer of "that's the best we can do." If you want to live in luxury this is the wrong place for you. The second pool is always filthy and the times that you are allowed in the clubhouses makes it incovenient for people who work full time and want to work out in the mornings. The blue fountains are a good example of what your apartment will look like (old and rusted). This apartment complex is all about saving money using cheap items to get you by. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to a dog. We have had nothing but trouble. Save your time and money, unless you like to sit on your washer while you cook because the kitchen are so small. Also if you have a pet you have a $300.00 non refundable deposit. Most will refund half of that amount upon leaving, but not a white trash apartment complex.
