I could not imagine living anywhere else! The office staff and service team always go out of their way to make this a better place to live.
My work orders are always completed within one day and they are kind enough to wipe their feet before entering.
The office staff is always friendly and stand to greet me when I walk in. You are NOT just another resident here. They remember everyone's name and encourage residents with pets to bring them in. They even have treats for our furry friends!!
Not only is the community beautiful, but it is quite! I never hear noise from the road or even from my neighbors. They plan several community events each year to get support the residents and the community.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move to Overland Park or looking for a change of pace!! You will love it here!

This was very obviously posted by a office staff. Key words and phrases like "work orders" or "stand to greet me". Come on staff of Pointe Royal you can do better than this. !!!!!!!!
