I have been at Point Royale for about 6 months now. Parking sucks unless you pay for a coverd place, spiders everywhere you look it seems, dishwasher is old and doesnt do a good job, dryer is as old as i am and doesnt work good,it took the Manager about 4 months to fix the tennis court lights, untilities are outragous because these townhomes are kinda old. That is juat a few thing off the top of my head i could go on and on. there is a few good things though like the apartments are roomy and its nice to have 2 bathrooms in a 2 bedroom home. it the place has a lot of trees with i think makes this place really nice and hommy.
