IT'S A BAD SIGN WHEN THE MANAGEMENT WRITES REVIEWS TO KEEP THEIR SCORE OUT OF THE TOILET!!!

THIS PLACE WAS NICE IN THE 70 S. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, NOT MUCH HAS BEEN DONE TO KEEP THEM THAT WAY. SURE YOU CAN KEEP THINGS LOOKING NICE WITH BUBBLE GUM, DUCT TAPE AND A LITTLE PAINT SLAPPED ON THE WALLS.

TO SUM IT UP:
-MY WIFES CAR WAS BROKEN INTO IN THE PARKING LOT, STOLEN A WEEK LATER FROM THE SAME LOT.
-WE HAD POLICE SHOWING UP REGULARLY TO QUELL THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HAPPENING ON EITHER SIDE OF US.
-THE HIGHEST BILLS I'VE EVER HAD. WE HAD A $385 GAS BILL BECAUSE OF THE 3FT BY 4FT HOLE IN THE ATTIC AREA. THEY SAY ITS REQUIRED FOR VENTILATION. IF I HAD TO GUESS THEY ARE VENTING CARBON MONOXIDE FROM THE FURNACE SO YOU DON T CROAK DURING THE NIGHT.
-DOGS WERE CRAPPING EVERYWHERE, INCLUDING ON THE SIDE WALK TO THE PARKING AREAS THAT NEVER HAD OPEN SPOTS. HONESTLY IN A PLACE WHERE DOGS ARE ALOUD, IS ANYONE REALLY SURPRISED THAT NO ONE CLEANS UP AFTER THEM IN RENTALS.
-IT SEEMED LIKE EVERY MORNING THE SPRINKLERS WOULD BE SPRAYING MY FRONT DOOR, HOLDING ME HOSTAGE WHILE THEY WORKED TO MAKE THE DIRT INTO MUD.
-I ASKED THEM TO SPRAY FOR INSECTS CONSTANTLY BECAUSE OF THE VAST ENTOMOLOGY EXPERIMENT THAT SEEMED TO BE GOING ON IN OUR APARTMENT. IT DIDN'T WORK THOUGH; I ASSUME THIS BECAUSE I SAW BUGS THAT I BELIEVED ONLY TO EXIST IN THE AMAZON RAIN FORREST BEFORE I MOVED TO POINTE ROYAL.
-OH AND IF YOU THINK CLEANING YOUR PLACE BETTER THAN YOU GOT IT WILL HELP WHEN YOU MOVE OUT .THINK AGAIN. WE WERE CHARGED $400 DOLLARS FOR ISSUES THAT EITHER DIDN'T EXIST OR WE CALLED THEIR MAINTENANCE STAFF TO FIX.

SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I HAVE LIVED IN A LOT OF APARTMENTS BEFORE BUYING MY HOUSE. BUT THINK HOW BAD THIS ONE HAD TO BE FOR ME TO TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.

I agree with you 100%. The move out charges are ridiculous and their nasty letter doesn't even come on company letterhead. How unprofessional is that? We too worked our tails off cleaning and it was immaculate when we left it. Low and behold all of these things were wrong. Don't waste your time with a move out as they still get you in the end. Line 40 on the lease is what they will tell you. Their maintenance peoples famous line is "that's the best we can do"! Spread the word to everyone you know, don't rent from these people.

I agree!!!!!! I transfered from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and they charged me a fortune! That place was imaculate and the carpet was brand new and in the same shape as when I left. I guarantee you they will try to screw me when my lease is done and that can't be soon enough!!
