Pointe Royal seems really nice, especially for those coming from a different apartment. It is definitely a step down from when I owned a house outside of Indian Creek, but that should be expected as they are apartments. All of the employees in the office, though it seems they have been changing some often recently, were very nice and helpful. The manager listened to my complaint even as she was in the middle of handling something somebody did to the pool and her maintenance people.
I haven't had any major problems except for my air conditioning unit ran out of the cooling liquid, and that was fixed before I got home from work.
I don't have any pets so I don't know their pet piolicy but I have seen many small to medium sized dogs being walked around the area.
Overall I would definitely recommend Pointe Royal for those who are moving from other apartments.
