I don't normally write reviews...but I had to be heard. I have lived in this community for some time now and I must say it is an AMAZING rental community. I have lived other places and this is SOOOOO much better. You can't even compare this place to normal places. I dont have anyone above me or below, snd the place is really spread out, how cool is that. I have trash pick up at my door step, very Convenient. No it's not free, but heck I don't have to worry about hualing all my trash across the complex (like most people do). It is worth it to me by far. I have access to some really cool amenities, like TWO pools, a fitness center, I could go on and on... There are a lot of grassy areas unlike most places as well. I work late too and I order stuff online. I know I can stop in the office and a real person will be there to let me pick it up. Nifty huh! Now, I don't know much about late fees since I pay my rent ON TIME, so I'm not much help in that dept. I do know the staff here has always been more than friendly and willing to help when I ask for it. I did have a smoke detetor beeping that was soo annoying one night. I called them and they fixed it right away. I know it's not the cheapest place but that I why I work hard and I like that it isn't the cheapest place on the block...you know.

So to anyone looking to move and be my neighbor I would say... Check my place out and please don't knock on my door when you need help moving stuff in.

So, which one of the management staff at the complex wrote this review? I don't know where the hell you lived before if you think this place is an AMAZING rental - puh-leeze! Cool amenities? I don't see anything soooooo cool about a pool or a fitness center - that's standard. If you've ever taken the time to walk through the grassy areas, you'll find that they are FULL OF DOG ---- - oh, that's right - you're too lazy to even want to walk a few feet to a trash dumpster. If you didn't move in on a special - you're getting HOSED for that overpriced dump you're living in. And who the hell still uses the word, "nifty?"

Not to the management who wrote this. It is pretty obvious when you put things like HOW COOL IS THAT and AMAZING! No one can sit and say this dump is amazing except for the manager that runs it.

Nice try!! It is SOOOO obvious that this review is a pathetic attempt by management to boost their numbers. If you are looking at these apartments, ask them how many are renewing their leases (not very many!!)

I know my roomate and I are definitely not renewing and we are telling EVERYONE we know to stay away!!!!
