Hey---if you are reading this---it means you have the intelligence
to check things out....great.
I've lived here for more than two years and can't think of living
anywhere else. I want all smart people to know this is a really good place
to live. Somethings that mean a lot to me; proud people who work here.
They really do care about each and everyone they have as tenants. They
care how the place looks and that if there is a problem they want to
know and they fix it right away.
These townhomes with no one living above you makes for nice peaceful
and quiet living. The landscaping is always down perfect and always
looks great. Right now they are renovating the whole place, new paint
and everything looks fantastic. Rents are competitive and utilities low.
I strongly refer anyone looking for a wonderful and private place to live
consider Pointe Royal.
