This is the second time I have lived at Pointe Royal. I lived here several years ago until I bought my house. When I sold my home, this was the only complex I even thought of living. It is so convenient to everything. The staff is always friendly and very professional. Same with the maintenance crew. I love having the trash picked up daily. The grounds always look so beautiful and the painting and construction that has been happening looks great.
The only negative are the appliances. They are pretty old, but when they do need repair, the maintenance crew is always there to fix them.
I would certainly recommend Pointe Royal to anyone who is looking for a nice community. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

YEP, SAME EMPLOYEE B.S.! What a PITIFUL attempt by the management at Pointe Royal to make it seem like this "ghetto of Johnson County" is a nice place to live. I wonder what the occupancy rate is now? I've seen people moving out left and right and I will soon be one of them! Hallelujah!!
