If the horribly maintained blue monstrosities in the front of the complex weren't enough to make you turn around and run, then maybe this review will! If I am taking the time to write a review, this place must be bad. We had a horrible insect problem: rolly polies, centipedes, spiders, etc. And I mean A LOT of them-all year round. We had leaking from the upstairs bathroom AND washing machine that leaked through the ceiling, down the wall and into the carpet. They "fixed" it and then charged us for it when we left. We ALWAYS had to park 2 lots over due to lack of spaces. The walls are paper thin-we had to call the cops on our neighbors a few times. Mold, filth, woodrot, $300 gas bills and up-don't expect to get warm in the winter b/c all your heat escapes through the rotted windows or the large hole in the ceiling of the storage area. They told us it was necessary for ventilation of the heater! WTF''' If it's that old, then what kind of carbon monoxide am I inhaling each day'
To top it all off, we were charged way over what our deposit covered for the original leak that was their fault to begin with. BULL$%&#!!!!!

You are clearly very bitter and have fat too much time on your hands. Why don't you find yourself a new hobby? Better still - GROW UP!

Hm, while our experience wasn't quite this bad, I'm glad to hear we aren't the only ones with rolly pollies and centipedes (we also have strange bugs that look kind of like earwigs) -- I thought those were odd bugs to find in apartments! Spiders are probably the only "normal" pests I've seen here... I will leave a detailed review after I move out, since I want to see what they do with deposits first!

My roomate are just as dissatisfied and have been since we moved in. We've had our apartment flood 3 times and because they have screwed us over in the past, I am so afraid that they are going to try charge us for the damaga saying it's our fault. We can not wait to get the hell out of there!!!
