I RENTED FROM POINTE ROYAL FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS AND THE LAST YEAR WAS THE MOST MISERABLE YEAR OF MY LIFE. I WAS ALWAYS GETTING HARRASSMENT LETTERS FROM THESE GUYS. I FELL ONCE FROM THE SLICK SIDEWALK AND WAS OUT OF WORK FOR A WEEK. MICHELLE SAID THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME. OH LET ME BACK UP TO HOW WHEN I FIRST LEASED MY APARTMENT AND FOUND OUT SOMEONE HAD FORGED MY NAME ON THEIR PAPERS. SO WATCH OUT FOR THE FORGERGY. THEY LIKE TO SIGN YOUR NAME ON THE DOTTED LINE. THEN ALL THE HARRASSEMENT LETTERS COME. EVERY WEEK AND EVERY WEEK. THEN I MOVED OUT AND NOW I GOT A LETTER SAYING I OWED THEM $281.64. SUPPOSELY THEY SENT ME A LETTER ON 11/11/08.NOW WHY DID I RECEIVE THIS LETTER. OH DID I MENTION THAT THEY ARE TURNING ME OVER TO A LAWYER. MAYBE I WILL TURN ALL OF MY STUFF INTO A LAWYER FOR ALL OF THE HARRASSMENT LETTERS I RECEIVED FROM THEM. THE MANAGEMENT STINKS THERE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My roomate and I are also receiving harrasment letters from them. In fact, they are threatenging to evict us. We have been fighting with them for 3 months now b/c we have mold and mildew from 3 incidents of flooding. We went over their heads to try to get this resolved and now they are harassing us. Good luck!!!
