This place has been nothing but an absolute mess for me. When we first moved in the carpet was disgusting with stains, it was completely bug infested(I have never seen bigger ROACHES!), it seemed like the water wasn't turned on in a while because when my roommate turned on her sink there was rusted water coming out of it. There were wet spots on every part of the ceiling from the rain. Eventually it seemed as if things were going missing in our aparment, we have has two instance of having the police show up because someone has broken in. We also had to change our locks three times! Also, what was weird was that we never gave the key to the office, and they STILL found there way inside our place! (Not to mention while my roommate was in the shower!!) Our GAS BILL was RIDICULOUS in the winter, about 200 dollars a month and we kept our heat on 68! Water bill is ABSOLUTELY outrages! 50 to 60 to even 70 dollars a month because we were all paying for everyone's water equally!!! Our appliances are ancient, it looks like something that came out of the 1980s! Our dish washer broke down, our washing machine broke down, it takes an hour and a half to dry our clothes. The walls seem paper thing because you can hear EVERYTHING that the neighbors are doing, including parties, and slamming the door! Our bathroom upstairs was disgusting, rust on the sink, mold in corners of the tub, I couldn't even stand taking a bath looking at the mold. With the ridiculous bills, and also rent, we were paying at LEAST 1500 a MONTH in the winter, now it's about 1300! (And this is excluding cable/internet!) WAYYYY too much for a crappy place like this. I would completely advise you guys...DO NOT move here...waste of your money..and too much headache..I can't wait till the lease is over, we're moving somewhere brand new where no one has ever lived in our apartment before.

I agree. The utilities are outrageous. The water bill makes no sense. I pay about $60-65 a month. I kept my heat on 70 degrees and it was extremely cold in this apt. I had to wear heavy sweaters in the apt and 3-4 blankets on the bed at night. It took forever for my clothes to dry in the dryer and were getting ruined because it was getting so hot. I was told by maintainence that the dryer was too close to the wall and he moved it out. But then I couldn't close the utility room door. This made no sense and the open door was letting in cold air from the attic. The dryer did not perform any better after that anyway. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Our apt was less than desirable when we moved in. There was plenty that was left undone. Light switches that didn't work, cabinets that weren't even usable, not very clean in general. The grounds are nice and they do minor repairs rather quickly. Parking was not a problem for me. We moved after a very short time here. Wouldn't recommend it.
