Most of us like to relax after a long week at work by hanging out by the pool. However, here at Pointe Royal, NO coolers are allowed in the pool area. You may be interrogated by the staff, they will check to see what items you do bring into the pool. Minor repairs are usually completed within a timely frame, but if you incurr a major problem, DO NOT expect it to get taken care of right away. You may have to wait months before anything is done. A water spicket broke inside my bedroom/closet wall and for the last 4 months, I have been waiting for Pointe Royal to take care of the mold/mildew/moisture issues. Don't let the landscape fool you, this seems to be the only thing that gets taken care of around here! Management is rude and unprofessional.
