Lived there from 01/2001 - 03/2002. Average accomodations, small kitchen, floorplan layouts were akward (I had a 2br). The staff was friendly while I was there. But, my maintenance problems were not always taken care of promptly.
The lawn was not always maintained well and I had to put up with alot of dog mess.
When I moved out I was charged VERY dishonestly for several things and when I have tried to talk to the office staff now - they are very rude and inaccessible.
Overall, while its not as bad as some places in Missouri- for Overland Park there is better out there.
