I have lived in a Pointe Royal unit for only three months, but have had minimal problems thus far. Upon moving into the townhome in July, the cold water did not work on the washer - this problem was promptly addressed. I have enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts (although the lights on the tennis court do not currently work). My one issue with the complex is the fitness room. The machines are lacking in variety and not well maintained.

Overall, I would give Pointe Royal a positive review.
