As a single guy in his mid twenties, searching for a place to live within the confines of overland park was quickly becoming a daunting task...that is until I found Pointe Royal. Upon arrival I was greeted by smiling faces and women with an eagerness to show me around all the floor plans that I was interested in. I found a floor plan that met all my needs, and then some. As a soldier I frequently have to leave for extended periods of time. The staff have actually gone out of their way to check on my place, and my dog (even though friends would check on him too). Their gym fits all my needs, running trails around the area are in abundancy, and during the summer time their pool is definitely the place to be. I've lived here for going on 7 months and have yet to have any issues. All my neighbors are extremely friendly and the cost of utilities is very managable. Overall... I plan on staying here for quite a while, and would highly recommend this locale for ANYone!
