I have lived at Pointe Royal for 4 years and have been very pleased overall. The office manager was great in providing solutions to meet my apartment needs when I first moved in. Since then, I've experienced the following: 1) The customer service from the office staff is wonderful. They work with me on whatever my needs are. 2)The maintenance crew is fast to respond, but can improve on the details of the job. 3) The washer & dryer in the units are a nice luxery. 4) Good noise control between apartment walls, however some neighbor's late night outdoor parties can be annoying. This doesn't happen often and it is not realistic to expect it to never happen in an apartment setting. This is more an issue of neighbor respect versus apartment quality. 5) The apartments are clean and well kept. 6) The extra amenities are a nice perk. 7) Conveniences of daily living are nice -- You can put your trash bags outside your front door in the morning and they will be picked up!
