Yes theres a lot of reviews lately because we just got some improvements done and we were asked to review it. I see no harm in that. I am glad to give this place a review. I have been here for approx. 1 year and have been very satisfied. My place is large (1300sq.ft.) and a great price. I have looked at Amli,Cherry Creek, Bradford Pointe, Sandstone creek,Villas at Carrington Square, Whispering hills, Spring Hill, Havens at the Wilderness and Rock Creek. NONE of these offer a 1300 sq ft. apt for under $900 and almost all of them want a large deposit. Pointe Royal also has 3 pools! We get our trash picked up at our front door EVERY weekday! Any maintenance emergency that I have had has been responded to in 15 mins or less even on weekends at night. Love the improvements. Love the new colors and that my patio has new rails. I love that we are getting a new 24hr workout room!!! The staff is nice and helpful. Love the community parties we have and want more. My dogs love it here and feel welcomed by the staff.(Thanks for the treats!)Some residents do need to start picking up their pets poo though. I have recommended this place to many of my family and friends. Love the referral bonus too!! If I had to leave one complaint it would be the drivers with loud cars and bikes that insist on driving around in the park lots instead of taking to the streets.

As good as you make it sound, I spent a year with Pointe Royal and I was in a 2b/2b as well. I spent 900 on rent (which seemed like a great deal for a townehome), but the apartments are so old that I spent 200$ for gas and another 180$ for electric, not only that the water bill was ridiculously high because it's split out with everyone else so it was usually around 70$ after everything was said and done. I live in the Villas of Carrington Square now and for a beautiful apartment with a garage, I get 1200sq ft and I'm saving about 500$ a month.
