Ten months ago I signed my lease with Pointe Royal, sight unseen, and have one of the best views, that over look a lawn large enough for a golf green off my patio. If they took out that brown pine tree, I'd have a hole-in-one spot. This is a nice landscaped location, quiet with just a hum of the highway early in the morning, and once in a great while low flying aircraft, speaking of which; the contractors are working hard to beat the weather, and when they got to my unit they unveiled quite a surprise. The outdoor attic intake had been covered by ply-wood and when they pulled it off, wow, it looked like an airplane wheel hit it head-on. I know I was wondering the same thing, what in God's name caused this, guess we got the answer to the air circulatory problem figured out now, hmmmm. You have to remember the staff are not building contractors, their here to provide you with a curtious and enjoyable living experince, and hope you will respect your unit. I know my journey here has had it's moments, but, I'm confident for the future will take care of itself very soon. We are a community of children, and all walks of life here, be respectful and you will enjoy living here.

I moved in a little over a month ago, my townhouse was filthy and the appliances are junk. My patio door hardly works and they still haven't gotten it fixed. And now MY ROOF HAS BEEN LEAKING FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND THEY HAVE TO REQUEST A BID AND MONEY TO FIX THE ROOF.. I DO NOT HAVE USE OF MY MASTER BEDROOM
