This place was recently bought by Price Management, and just in time! The previous owner had a horrible manager, didnt take care of the grounds, and wasnt really offering anything for prospects (unless you had bad credit, then you were guaranteed a place to live). Now that Price is here, they've cleaned up the fall leaves for the first time in 3 years, replaced the broken and cracked sidewalks, the outside lights work, we're getting a new clubhouse with a fitness center finally, and the office staff is finally competent. Its nice to have our work orders taken care of in a timely manner, and see people in the office who arent wearing sweats and smoking in the maintenance room. They've also made some changes in the units, they have black cabinets, stainless stell appliances, and new fixtures on everything. As old as the property is, its nice to see somebody take the extra time to clean it up and offer something a little bit different than other apartments in the area. We dont hear our neighbors, we've got biweekly pest control finally, and we're so happy to be here!
