I had some personal problems this year and instead of just kicking me out or judging me, the staff did everything they could to work with me within the rules of the management company. They helped me transfer to a new unit that I love. My old apartment was an upgraded apartment, which was really nice. However the new one is also nice even though it is a basic unit, it was still clean and not outdated or anything. I also lived at another Price property before Preston Court, and had a good experience with them too. I would really recommend living here. I know some of the other reviews weren't as good, but I've been here for a while in two different apartments and have nothing but positive things to pass on to everyone. I can't wait to see the new clubhouse they just built, it looks so nice from the outside! I personally would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is so helpful and nice, you don't find that everywhere these days.
