This is a pretty nice place.. they are offering a great special right now.. it's a look & lease where you can go and look at the apartment and if you like it, you can put down your $159 and that gets you the admin fees, ect (not including application fees) and pays for your first months rent!!! pretty crazy.. and all the units are upgraded! and they have great prices right now .. and I've lived in the area for about a year, it's a great area. their norfolk (2bed1bath) is only 699/mo right now!

Did I mention that I had a hard time finding an apartment at this place' but the staff worked very hard to find me one! there is a woman named Kimberly who works in the leasing office and she is absolutely great. She worked with us so that we could move in on the date I wanted to and found us the exact apartment we wanted. :) She is great! Lisa is great too.. I can't imagine them ever being as awful as people have said on here when they are super nice.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for spacious apartments that arn't too pricy (which is pretty hard to find in johnson county, in my opinion)!
