When we first moved in, we loved it! We had a three bedroom/two bath and loved how spacious it was. The amenities were wonderful (two pools, office room, washer/dryer in unit). When we first moved in there were a lot of families and the area was really quiet. Towards the end of our stay, they began leasing the units around us to roommates who were really loud. Others in our cul-de-sac noticed the changes too and they moved out (as did we not long after this). I also didn't like how high the rents went up from lease to lease. And parking was horrible, especially with all the roommates who lived there and had their friends over all the time. And if you live here and plan on getting a pet, the deposit is completely non refundable, so be really sure you want that pet there.

Maintenance was great and overall, we loved the units.
