The Manager here is an abusive person to her staff, although the staff is clueless about everything and anything. They repeatedly will tell you anything you want to hear and make you think they are there to help you with your concerns, but no one in the office ares about anyone that lives here. I am so disgusted, because I really thought this was a great place when I first moved in. I have settling cracks all over my apartment and have repeatedly asked they be fixed to no avail. My Daughter got a bacterial infection from the pool water-right before they emptied it due to discovering there was a problem with the water. When I moved in the filter in the furnace was filthy-looked like it had never been replaced. The neighbors play loud music all night long and party in the parking lot. There are even people working on their cars in the parking lot at 2 pm in the morning shining spotlights so they can see..People in my building have repeatedly complained about the noise, etc., but absolutely nothing is ever done..They didn't even bother to decorate the clubhouse at Christmas, even though all the Clubhouses of surrounding Apts. complexes had beautiful displays for the Holiday. I can hear my neighbor in the Apartment next to me coughing in the middle of the night, and can hear conversations between people on the sidewalk in front of the building. The walls are very thin, needless to say. I feel like I'm living in hell to say the least. Please believe the things I have said. I am not exaggerating. If anything, I've probably played down how bad it really is. Please do not move in here for any reason. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I can find a decent place to live where the Management at least seems to care about their resident and makes an effort to make your stay there pleasant.

I truly believe whomever wrote this is not a kind person. What horrible things to say about people. I live here and have for the past 3 years. I have seen many come and go, but there is no reason for your unkind words. Any problem I have ever had, has been taken care of. If the office staff was unable to help me, I went to the manager. She seemed very nice and more than willing to help make my situation better. I am sorry this website is out there, for others to be ugly. Sue Parkinson

Whomever this rude lady is, clearly has nothing better to do than bash innocent people. And to submit anonymous clearly shows her true colors. If I have a problem with the office or maint staff, I contact them directly to correct the problem. I would never say such mean things about other people. It is evident whomever wrote this has no class. I love living here, sure it's not perfect, but far from what the rude lady said. I am not afraid to tell you my name. It is Max and I feel bad for the girls in the office. They are very knowledgeable when I have questions.

I am a resident in building # 5. Whoever wrote those untrue words should be ashamed. How dare you talk about others the way you did. I agree with Max, you clearly have no class. If you have a problem or concern, contact the office, your words you have written here say nothing other than you are the one with the problem. I am not afraid to share my concerns or problems with the office, why are you MISS ANONyMOUS!!

The office staff is very friendly until you sign the dotted line. Everything is promised, but nothing ever gets done. The pot holes will flatten your tires. The bugs are horrendous.
