The worst apartment complex period. The staff are f'ing jerks. The maintenance is lazy and a bunch of -------. It took 4 weeks to fix our front door and a leaking bathroom. Took 1 week to fix a broken AC unit when it was 100 out for a week straight. F'ing pathetic. The only way I got anything fixed at the apartment was to contact the coporate office and ----- to them. Only then did somebody come and fix the maintenance problems. As per another comment the washing machines are junk. Got a brand new one and in two months it is broken again. All of the staff at the clubhouse are all fake. They are nice until you sign a contract and have to pay them money. Once you sign that dotted line be prepared to be treated like trash. One dumpster for 250 apartments. Thats just retarded all its own. There are always cops driving thru because of somebody's car our apartment getting broken into. Parking is horrible and redicuously priced. Dog ---- everywhere. Perverts at the pools. By far the worst complex is Overland Park. Whoever you are when you read this do yourself a favor and don't rent from this complex, you will regret it to the grave.
