Worst place ever. -----, and ding bat1 and ding bat 2 don't have clue about what they are doing. We have lived here 6 months, and have had 12 maintience issues. They are infested with bugs. The place has been sold 3 times since I have been here in the last 6 months. Do yourself a favor and move to Crown Chase on 119th and Quivira. Much better quality for the same price. I only wish I could go back. The models don't represent what you'll be getting. Be sure to ask to look in the apartment you'll be getting. The actual apartments are in terrible condition. They only have 2 maitnence men on staff for this whole complex. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

I have lived here for over 2 years and I was getting ready to move until I met the new managers. The property has not been sold 3 times in the past 6 months and there are plenty of maintenance staff on site. Whenever I have had a problem it was resolved with little or no problems. ----- just got to the property and I think that she and the new manager are doing absolutley EVERYTHING they can to clean up the mess that Greystar left behind. I was going to move until I found out that Greystar was leaving. The Lynd Company management is the best I have seen in the 15 years I have lived in apartments. I think the person who wrote these bad comments was probably getting evicted and needed to go anyway.

I lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years and I couldn't wait to get out. They never responded to requests unless you physically walked to the office and refused to leave until they called a maintenance person. I'm sure some people have had a good experience, but after AMLI left I had nothing but problems. I am happy to finally be rid of them and I will never recommend anyone lease from Greystar or Lynd.

The office staff is terrible. They say things will be done, that never get done. I asked them to remove the 50 year old microwave in my appartment. 12 months later, it is still there.
