My wife and I have lived at Regents Center for over a year and overall it's been a good place to be for the price we paid.
We were in building 15 which has probably the best parking in the complex.
Apartment appliances were fine when they worked. Had issues with microwave. They were quick to replace our washer when we had issues with it.
Shower & water pressure is decent, enough to do the job. Heat and AC fine after maintenance was done for our first winter here.
Maintenance and office staff are alright. Have to admit that the longer we lived here the harder it was to get things done. Guess they like to take care of the new people first.
Got great price on our 2-bed end unit with incentives.
Always felt safe and made the apartment home until we could afford our first house.
Overall, a good place for the $$$.
