Nice when AMLI owned it

I moved in when AMLI still owned it which was mainly why I choose to live here. About 7 months into our lease they started renting the apartments fairly cheap to have maximum capacity when they sold it. We got neighbors who partied all the time and me having a 1 year old at the time found it rather anoying. I could never find parking spaces anywhere near my apartment so we started paking in a covered parking area that never had anyone rent it. We started getting nasty letters from the new managers. We recieved out letter telling us we needed to give a 60 day notice before we move out and what the rent prices were increasing to about 30 days before out lease was up. Then they tried to make us pay extra because we didn't give that notice. They had no leg to stand on because out lease was up and there wasn't anything they could do about it. So they dropped it. I wouldn't live here again but would rent from AMLI again. OH and we had a constant ant problem that wouldn't go away. It didn't matter how clean we kept the apartment or how many times they sprayed.
