The management has changed in the past few months for the better! They have addressed my concerns/problems promptly including replacing my carpet/flooring after living here for 5 months. The apartments are getting older and having some maintenance issues, but the layout is very bright with lots of natural light. The price is reasonable especially for the space. Our building is very quiet, however parking can be a challenge at times. I feel very safe in this area. The apartments are surrounded by residental homes which helps the crime factor. There is also a nice running/biking path just down the street. I don't typically like living in apartments, but living here has made the change much easier. I would recommend living here to anyone.
