There were 2 motorcycles stolen on Easter '08; potholes galore; missing fire extinguishers and grills on porches (both O.P. city code violations); plugged dryer vent which raises energy costs and fire hazard level; wrecked cars stored in open parking spaces; MULTIPLE mice, cockroaches, raccoons; sprinklers run in the rain and flood your porch; leaky doors and windows w/ loud A/C units right outside; drunks for neighbors, concrete floor cracks in units. The pools have vomit in/around them due to the loud partying kids who are not respectful. The place is falling apart quickly, w/ no competent planners/plans in the near future. This is a tax-write off property that changes ownership frequently. Opulence and Serenity do NOT meet here, as is claimed by the R.C. website-matter of fact, the entire staff does not know what those big words mean, esp. the unknowledgeable non-english speaking maintenance staff.

At Regents Center, we strive to provide an excellent experience as a resident. We work directly with Overland Park Police department in case of any issues associated with the community. We currently have two courtesy officers(police officers who live on site) to be available to police the community and respond to any after hours calls. We have a pest control service that visits the community every Monday. They spray on a preventative basis plus will service any issues that may arise for residents who request service.
