Before you attempt to rent a place at the Regents Center, be aware!!
Be sure to make a list of everything being said and promised to you, if possible take with you a damn recorder(is perfectly legal). Ask, ask and ask again, document everything, take notes and pictures if you can. I know this may seem a little extreme at the moment; however,it will save your skin, your time and money.
We actually never lived at the Regents Center, as soon as I realized their strong arm tactics, and their shady ways to do bussiness, I withdraw my application. Now the only unfinished business wiht this people is to get our money back.
I will no go into the details, however I will say this: I don't like to be treated like am an ignorant that can be taken advantage of by a so-called "Leasing associate".
Even if we don't get our money back, I will make sure to let everyone know about my experience; and hopefully future residents would think twice before renting here.

I second that, I would have loved to have lived at Regents, close to work and to where I play but they lied to me and then kept my application fee. Just get everything in writing. I gave them my criteria in an apartment and come to find out after I paid for the application fee they didn't have anything that matched my needs in my price range. Nice job ladies.

Considering neither of you wanted to take your concern to the manager AND did not live on site; I can hardly put much stock in your words. I leased at Regents Center and have absolutely no problems with what they told me, what I saw or how I've been treated. I feel very confident in the office staff and community manager to handle any concern I have professionally and promptly. I beleive if you would have made the community manager aware of your concerns they would have done everything in their power to make it right.

Dionysis;
I did take my concerns directly to management; actually they did take care of it.
The purpose of my review here at Apartmentratings.com was not to try and convince you or anybody, whether you decide to rent here or not. It was simply an honest review from a bad experience.
By the way, people don??????t need to be residents of a certain apartment complex in order to be able to spot trouble right away; I don??????t regret my decision to stay away from that place.
