I have lived here now 3 years and am going to re-up again next year. I have looked at most of the rentals in Lenexa, Olathe, and OP and none of them are as good as what I have at Regents Center. For the most part, neighbor's are very respectful and if they're not, management really cares and will see to it they tow-the-line or they're gone. This complex is beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. While it is still an "apartment" built as cheaply as possible (windows & insulation), my electric bill has never been huge, and I haven't frozen to death yet. The downside of the building is that I can hear my upstairs neighbor use his bathroom. The neighbor next door to me snores a storm most nights. That is the downside; but, for reasonable rent, great management, a safe place to live, and great location this is the best you can do in JoCo.
