My husband and I just signed our lease, and we will move in to Regent's Walk in the near future. I don't mind the "dated" look that seems to bother others so much. I have found it to be tasteful and spacious. As for those who think that "if you are under 60 this is not the place for you", that could not be more wrong. I am in my early 40s, and look forward to NOT having a lot of younger neighbors - No loud parties, no screaming babies, and not everything being turned into a playground; in short, a more tasteful and livable environment!
